The space
Located within a former ouzo distillery, level 2 is available for temporary hire. Stripped down to its brutalist core, the raw-open plan space has 3-metre high exposed concrete ceilings and floors and industrial windows.

The space is accessed via original double doors from the street through a
light filled courtyard. On the ground level there is a communal kitchenette
and WCs for guest use.
Kaminos 44 is located in the Kaminia
neighbourhood of Piraeus, one kilometre north-east of the port. The streets
are a frenetic mix of commercial, residential and industrial activity, where
housing, schools, fish tavernas, restaurants and shops co-exist with
factories, metalworkers, mechanics and marble yards.
