The space
Located within a former ouzo distillery, level 3 is available for temporary
hire. Stripped down to its brutalist core – exposed concrete ceiling floors,
ceilings and columns and large industrial windows – the robust space can
accommodate events of all kinds.

3-metre high exposed concrete ceiling, floors, walls and columns with
industrial windows.
The 905 sqm space is located on level 3 of a
former ouzo factory repaired for artistic endeavour. The space comes with
lighting and power.

The space is accessed via original double doors from the street through a
lightfilled courtyard. On the ground level there is a communal kitchenette
and WCs for guest use.
Kaminos 44 is located in the Kaminia
neighbourhood of Piraeus, only one kilometre north-east of the port. The
streets are a frenetic mix of commercial, residential and industrial
activity, where housing, schools, fish tavernas, restaurants and shops
co-exist with factories, metalworkers, mechanics and marble yards.
